Scope of Warranty:
Auto Ennovations warrants that the equipment and parts thereof purchased will be free from all defects in material and workmanship for the following periods from the date of purchase subject to the Warranty Terms and Conditions as set out below:

2 Years for equipment.
Note: A fee is chargeable should the unit be found to have been wrongly connected to the polarities of the battery.

To Get Warranty Service:

  1. The warranty card and receipt must be produced together with the faulty equipment when seeking repair.
  2. Photostatted copies of the warranty card will not be accepted.
  3. This warranty does not include transport, delivery and handling charge incurred in the transportation of the equipment / accessory / part to and from the customer’s premises or designated place.

Warranty Exclusion and Limitations:

  1. This warranty is not transferable, negotiable or assignable to a third party.
  2. The warranty for equipment does not cover damage to the equipment part that has been caused by accident, neglect, improper testing, installation, alteration or modification of any kind, or spillage of liquid hazard, fire, flood, voltage fluctuation, faulty installation, acts of God, corrosion, rusts, stain or other causes of in connection with the misuse, negligence or fault of the customer.
  3. All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed that are scratched or damaged due to customer normal use.
  4. The unit’s security seal is found to be tampered or torn.
  5. If this warranty card is altered or defaced in any manner.
  6. Any other defects or faults which occur for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Auto Ennovations.

Black box sets are sold on an understanding that it is meant for evaluation purposes and the use of black box is based on the user’s agreement that Auto Ennovations will not be held liable should there be any malfunction or damaged caused to any part of the user’s vehicle with the black box installed.
